Shipping is free for all orders over € 50; for smaller orders, a fee of € 10 will be applied as a contribution to the shipping costs.
Returns
We accept returns for any Erno Laszlo products purchased on ErnoLaszlo.eu within 30 days of the purchase date. Repackage the items to be returned and ship to the following address:

Erno Laszlo is not responsible for return shipping fees nor lost returns. Once your return is received, it will be processed, and a refund will be issued. We do not accept items that are not in their original packaging.
If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please contact customer service at ernolaszlo@finmark.it for a replacement or refund. You will need to ship the defective merchandise to Erno Laszlo c/o FINMARK srl.
For merchandise purchased at one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer’s customer service for their return policy. Erno Laszlo cannot accept Erno Laszlo merchandise purchased with one of our retail partners.
